Supine Flexion emphasis on Neck Flexion

This exercise can be done for repetitions or for duration. In my experience, kids usually like trying to beat their own previous best duration held. When the child is allowed to hold onto her knees, this exercise is easier. If duration is being chosen, then having the child hold her head and legs up while being bounced on the trampoline can be fun. I count to 10 and bounce the child usually small, and the child tries to see if she can keep her head and legs off the trampoline for the entire 10 count.
