Supine Slide on Slippery Floor: A Knee Flexion Exercises
This is a tough exercise. I had to fake it on the yoga mat. I do this exercise on a smooth floor. I stabilize the child’s heels on the floor and ask the child to pull himself toward me with the strength of his hamstrings. To make this a lot easier, you could have the child laying supine on a scooterboard. This would effectively overcome the resistance of the floor. If you don't have a scooterboard, then put the child on a big piece of paper, put some baby powder down and the floor. And Voila! The child will slide much easier on the slick floor!
