Since it is the end range of adduction that I usually see the difficulty with, I like this activity squeezing a ball.This ball is a gerdy style ball so it deforms and squeezes well.It also glows in the dark which makes it more fun. “Ten Squeezes and we’ll turn off the light!”“Ten Squeezes and we’ll turn off the light!”Who wouldn’t want to do it?
