Kicking to the Side with Internal Rotation in Sitting:
Knocking things over is always a good idea with children. Make sure you stabilize the knee so the target is kicked with rotation and not abduction. Empty 2 liter soda bottles work well too.I usually take the child’s leg through the available range to see how far the child’s leg has the potential to move ... and then I place the block.Or alternatively you can place the block an inch/centimeter away from her foot and if the child is successful, then move the target further away.
